Our new Digital magnets Shred the competition. No longer will you have
to worry about your magnets getting wet and de-laminating like most promotional
grade magnets that are sold.
If you take a look at some of the "other manufacturers" magnets
that have been exposed to the elements, you might notice
that many have begun to deteriorate around the edges. This
is because the layer that
is printed is made of paper. when they die cut or trim the
magnets, it leaves exposed paper fibers along the edges
of the magnets that act like
a wick, drawing any moisture that they come in contact with
in between the magnetic and protective laminate layer damaging
the product over
time.
Our digitally printed and screen printed magnets are imaged
directly to vinyl that's already attached to the magnet, then over-laminated
for even more protection. The results are a long product life whether
exposed to rain or shine.
We offer a standard .020 thick magnetic material for dash
plaque size magnets, as well as .030 thick Supersized car magnets that
can be used on the side of cars for parades, advertising etc... All of
our magnets can be cut to any custom shape...not just rectangles or squares.
